• Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours

• Avoid hot steams or sauna for 48 hours

• Avoid running water directly on your lashes if you want them to last longer

• Do not rub, touch or play with your eyes

• Use water based eye makeup remover, never anything oily

• Do not perm your lashes

• Do not use a mechanical eyelash curlers

• Do not pull on your lashes (this may cause your natural lashes to come out prematurely)

• Gently brush the tips of the lashes only when necessary

• When removing make-up always avoid touching the extensions. Go around using a cotton bud in an upwards direction on the eye-lid

• Avoid using oily make-up or heavy creams around the eye area, this includes concealers, creams and serums

• Use only specially formulated mascara or eye-liner for lash extensions because anything else will contain oils (Also available for purchase through us)

• Avoid sleeping on your face and using face masks. If you require a mask, we sell a special 3D mask to help protect your lashes

• Please see a professional if you want your eyelash extensions removed.  They will need to be soaked off using a special remover.
